2. download and install SPYBOT
3. Update it
4. let it clean all the miss from your PC.

Windows Defender from Microsoft (free). AVG Antivirus from Grisoft (free). Ad-Aware from Lavasoft (free). Spy-bot Search and Destroy free at downloads.com. All work well.

Type CCLeaner in google & download the software this is very useful in removing unwanted files & Programs,Cleaning registry,
temp files & many more .

It's good to have more than one antivirus/spyware programs on you PC, one may catch bugs the other doesn't...

Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy are the free programs you need. Adaware will wipe adware out, and spybot will block bots and other malicious programs.
