Be like Jared and do the Subway diet. I actually ate Subway salad or low fat sub for lunch and had a sensible dinner and lost weight. It could work for you too!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This may be a solution for you. First you have to do a cleansing of your colon. Purchase Colon Cleanse at the Drug Store. It states 4 pills morning and evening. Purchase a laxative. Next start drinking vinegar water every day and especially before you go to bed. Next start walking, find a track and walk around, get earphones to hear music. Start out slow and then 7 days after pick up the pace. Eating, always eat a little bit all day long. Stop the soda,chips french fries,burgers.no bread, no salty foods. Start eating at a health food place. Find one if you do not know where one is. Change your eating habits. Buy a lot of fruit, eat that if you decide to get up in the middle of the night for a snack. Buy a yoga tape, nope, not aerobics, you want to stretch your muslces. At work, do not eat a heavy lunch, eat light and walk around the block or the parking lot. This will wake up your heart and the afternoon will go faster for you. Stop drinking coffee, if you do drink it. Take some bottle water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar mix together and drink all day. You will be going to the bathroom a lot. Let me tell you why vinegar.Look it up on the internet. Try it you will be satisfied in 2 months. Good Luck. Hey , the other people will be noticing.

Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good.

HOW I LOST 40 IN TWO MONTHS

Burn more calories than you eat. Take in about 1500 a day. Cut carbs. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Don't eat any sugary products or fried food.

Cut your fat intake. Eat baked fish and grilled chicken and no red meat.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it).

Do 60 min. of aerobic exercise twice a day (preferably one before you eat in the morning and one after lunch).

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Tell people about your goal so that you will have more incentive to follow through.

It will be hard but you can do it. Be Blessed

It is very unhealthy to try to lose more than 2 lbs a week. I don't think it would be possible to lose that much weight in 2 months and keep it off. If you starve yourself you may lose the weight but as soon as you start eating you will gain it back.

yea its not the smart way though but i tried and lost hells off alot of weight. ok u hardly eat nothing. dont eat just drink liquids and ****, exercise like a ***** everysingle day and u can lose 50 ibs in 2 months gurantteed
