Excuse me, but wouldn't this question be best asked on one of the health pages? No matter how rational your question, if you come to a vegetarian and vegan board and ask if eating meat at any stage is healthy, the only answers that you will get will be no. This, of course, is aside from the fact that your co-worker can only control his own actions. Although he's right about our not having been built for eating meats at any stage. It's still a decision that each of us must make on our own.

If you are reading while lying down, probably. Reading has nothing to do with it, but if you lie down after eating it's easier for your stomach acids to rise back up.

no the idigestion is probably either what you are eating or maybe you are eating too fast.
