oh please! there is a difference between lying and this! GROW UP!!! lol

your parents feed your sorry ungrateful butt tales about santa claus so you can get lots of gifts on Christmas morning! the easter bunny, so you can fill your belly with a ton of candy and then your parents have to deal with your hyperactive behavior the rest of the day! the tooth FAIRY? so you can get paid cash to make you feel better about losing it and being brave for pulling it and not tweaking out over the blood.

GET OVER IT!

your parents have not LIED to you!

(i am sooo glad my kids aren't whiny, ungrateful twits)

this is a large case of "knock it off!" your parents are being loving and trying to let you be a kid for as long as possible.

it's to keep the innocents and purity of there child as long as they can. it is not to hurt you but more of a way to make something special and innocent in this screwed up world that we are living in today. Why complain your getting gifts, candy, money ect. Basically let there kids be kids for as long as they can

Omy...that is not lieing...that is a little white lie called fibbing. Come on you know the differance and those little white lies brought you much happiness and suspense. Think of the memories it has brought you. Geesh...give us parents a break.

These are not really lies. They are childhood fantasies that protect their innocence.

Sometime we do lie to protect their feelings and let them grow with comfort and without fear.
