Yay me! i've been excercising every day, some days more than others,like running about 1/2 mle every day, and 5o situps a day, etc. well i didnt diet at all, of course, i didnt load up on junk food and stuff, and ive lost 8 pounds! i went from size 11 to size 7 in jeans! of course it took 2 weeks, but i feel great!
