Well, early after we started dating my girlfriend would get kind of quiet and I would ask if something was wrong and then she would say "nothing". Well later I found out she was lying, she was upset at me about something but didn't want to talk about. Well, my trust in her was completely gone so I told her if she wanted to be with me she would have to wear a chastity belt when I wasn't around. At first she thought I was joking but once she realized I was serious she eventually started wearing it. Well, this past week, her and her girlfriend went out shopping together and came back and we were all going to go out to a nice restaurant, but first they wanted to take a shower so I gave my girlfriend the key to the chastity belt and when my girlfriend was taking her dress off, her friend saw that she was wearing the chastity belt and asked about it. Well, now her friend is all mad at me and that to put it nicely "i'm really wrong for making her do that". Am I really out of line?

You are way out of line !!!!!!!!!!! I think if you can't trust each oter then you shouldn't be together. Trust me if you want to stay with her for a long time or even forever then you two should sit down and talk about your realtionship. About how you two can gain your trust back with each other. Trust me I've been with this guy for almost 4 years and we are in love more now then ever because we sat daown and talked about our realitonship and actually put each other to the test. Well best of luck. P.S. ( Hope to hear that you got rid of the belt )

This story has to be made up......I can not believe that anyone would degrade another human being like this!!!!! And where in the world would you get a chastity belt in the first place? I'm stunned!!

I can't believe she loves you so much that she would wear a chastity belt on your request, i think you should set your wires right and love her for what she is. there are things that she might be going through and doesnt feel too comfortable sharing with you, and thats perfectly fine. Just give her her space

i think that was a bit out of line. the point of the matter is that your girlfriend did eventually talk to you about it, so you should be praising her for coming to you, not punishing her about "lying" to you. you are being a bit controlling, and she doesn't have to wear the chastity belt if she doesn't want to. if you don't trust her, why are you in a relationship with her?

obviously she's afraid to talk to you if she's upset at something you did, so punishing her is just going to make her more afraid of coming to you if she's upset. you need to let her know that it's ok for her to be upset with you - that you can talk out your situations, and she shouldn't have to hold things up inside of her, and the same thing goes with you - you can talk to her about things that upset you. you want to strive for openness and honesty in your relationship; trust will come through these things!

Sounds like you have some trust issues with your girlfriend. Also, chastity belts were worn in the last century!! I didn't even think they made them any more! Also, what guarantee does she have that you're not cheating on HER?

I've haven't had any problems picking the lock to the chastity belt so far, so it is not an issue to me.

yes you are your trust issue us your problem not your girlfriends so you deal with it
the fact that she has even cared enough about you to do this anyway should tell you you could trust her
her friend is mad because this is a form of control you have over your girlfriend that in this day in age is sexist and is also a form of abuse

get help for you and tell your girlfriend you are sorry

yea! You really are out of line. You should trust your girlfriend more than that and if you can't trust her than maybe you should consider taking some time appart and thinking about whats best for both of you.

I can't believe the people who think this is made up. I know your girlfriend and she's a bgtime lying s l u t. You should always make her wear it to protect her. She's just ....well, unstable, you know. Don't give her the key next time....she could make a copy...unlock it for her.
