If you can actually do all that exercise you'll see results quickly, especially at first. But chances are you'll be so sore and worn down that you won't be able to maintain that for more than a couple of days.

Do an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You'll still get results and won't be killing yourself.

I think that workout plan may be a little too rough...maybe you should cut back to 1 hour in the morning, 30 min in the evening, and light exercise for 1 hour at night. If you're looking for fast results, there's no way that's healthy...losing weight or becoming fit takes time and patience. Everyone wants fast results, and that's why nobody gets anywhere. Let's say you want to lose 20 pounds. A lot of people want to lose it within a week or two! But if you take it slowly, and lose about 2 pounds a week, you can lose that 20 pounds in just 2 months. It's reality, there are no shortcuts. About seeing results, it really depends on your body...there are a lot of factors that go into when you'll see results; like the rate of your metabolism, your health status, your weight, your heart rate, etc. Add more details about your body type, and people may be able to give you better advice. Good luck!

Way too much in one day.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

That depends on what results you are looking for. If you are just looking to get healthy, lose weight, or get in shape, that is too much exercise. If you are looking to compete in a pro sport, you may need to work that much.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off. I took my body fat % from 30% to 14%. I did this by:

Burning more calories than I ate. I ate about 1800 calories a day.

I cut my fat intake.

I ate three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it).

I did 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day ( before I ate in the morning).

I did 20 min of weight training three times a week.

I began to see results in 5 days.

Be Blessed

Oh God, please, no. Don't kill yourself. People who are just getting started should always start light. Like twenty to thirty minutes a day, 3-5 times per week. Then gradually increase to 1-1 1/2 hours a day six times a week. Rest is good for the body, too. Take one day off from exercise, but stretch. That keeps your muscles from getting sore, and tightening up from the day without exercise. Or go for a light jog (slow pace, 20 minutes max). Cardio is great, but do an even regimine. Work your upper body, and all major muscle groups. Doing that much cardio, on an improper diet will break your body down and can be just as unhealthy for you as sitting around eating potato chips and candy bars. You need to take in a proper amount of carbs, calories, sodium, and water. Cardio exercies work something like this. The first twenty minutes, your body is working off calories you just took in, before they get stored as fat. After about twenty minutes, your body begins taking energy from stored fat. But it will not do this forever. Eventually, your body will start taking protein from your muscles, essentailly breaking them down. Be smart about diet and exercise plans. Consult a doctor is you aren't sure.

Well I suppose you'll see results quickly, but your body does need a day or two off between workouts. It seems to be a bit excessive. I think you'll benefit more from shorter, more focused workouts and rest days. Also, if you're not eating properly for such a rigorous program, your body may go into famine mode and start storing excess fat. You would need to take in a lot of calories (and the right kind of calories) to benefit from that much activity.

If I am you, I will see results in about 3 to 4 days. But I don't know about you because you did not state gender, height and weight, diet, and the usual load of exercise that you do.

Are you anorexic? That is extreme! 1-2 hours a day is enough!
