Only you can know the difference. When I was younger, I confused love and lust. Most of what I felt was lust. As I got older, I started to distinguish the differences between the two. You know in your heart if you just think someone is hot and you want to tear their clothes off and the feeling is deeper, and you want to tear their clothes off.
My grandmother told me that if you know why you love someone, you don't really love them. There is no reason for love, because it comes from the heart and not the head.

I've heard before that if you haven't seen eachother sick with the flu, you don't know that person for real. Think on it! It might just be lust, and that is OK. But ask yourself, "Do I really KNOW this man?" (and if you do, whoops.) That is my um, advice.
