Any type of Cardio exercise is good. Practice breathing while spreading out the lungs, instead of with the stomach. Actually if you listen to the way some singers take huge breaths and only breathe in certain spots....... and let it all out.
Make sure you are sitting, you may get dizzy.
In through the nose out through the mouth, like you are blowing out a candle slowly till air is ALL gone!

This is what I do to help my running.
When I'm in bed, I take a deep breath. Hold it for 3 seconds and take a deeper breath. Hold for 3 seconds. Exhale all the way. Repeat 5 times.
You'll feel winded at first. Do it everynight.

any kind of calastetics swimming jumping jacks etc. also high preasure areas cause your lungs to work harder like scuba diving. Besides that i cant think of any other ways. Hope this helps

look dude you need more then your lungs pumped up . air head !blow up balloons for about 5 hours a day. six months from now you will be a real blow hard
