My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

No criticism here. I understand that desperate feeling! You CAN lose weight very very quickly on the Cambridge Diet but the bonus is it's healthy. Your body requires 50 essential nutrients every day and the Cambridge Food For Life formula provides these nutrients in optimum balance- each nutrient in the amount recommended by the National Academy of Sciences. Three servings per day provide 100% of the U.S. recommended daily requirements for balanced nutrition-all in 420 low fat, high fiber calories.
Research shows the average person would have to eat 1800 or more calories to get the same amount of nutrition contained in three servings of Cambridge. Therefore, whether you are counting calories, fat grams or seeking a low calorie alternative to a more balanced eating plan, Cambridge is for you.
The best deal they have is the Food For Life 30 day Sampler Plan. It runs $144 and contains 90 meals, 7 nutrition bars, nutrition beverage packets (sugar free drinks) plus a recipe book, a mixer/tumber for making your products on the go and some really good literature. (comes with a money back guarantee) If you can't afford a 30 day supply there is also a 2 week Food For Life Sampler that comes with the same "extras" but you only get 2 weeks worth of product vs 30 days. It costs $89.33. Still, if you can't afford either of those you could always buy one container at a time. One container of 15 servings (5 days worth) is $22.65, however, I'd recommend the Sampler Plans because of all the extras. It's alot easier to stay on the diet if you have the additional materials and products to add to your diet. For you I'd say the Fast Start Diet would be best for maximum weight loss. See "The Diet" on website link below.
Best of luck to you! Try to choose a healthy option!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

MY WAY IS THE HEALTHY, NATURAL WAY... It all revolves around your metabolism and what you eat -Drink green tea daily -Eat small portions frequently throughout the day -Try to fit at least 20 min of cardio a day -Take a table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before and after each meal (If you are consistent you can lose a pound a week) -Eating fruit and organic-no flavor cheerios for breakfast -An apple a day truly does help -I know it's cheesy but you also need the right attitude -And if you're willing to do anything to lose weight,INTENSE PILATES The average intake is 2,000 calories, so it helps to keep track of everything you eat in a day with a food journal. I hope my advice helps!

Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight and have lost 15kg within 2 months myself.
is 10kg within 1 months fast enough for you? What about 14kg within 14 days? Those are just some egs of pple I know who have lost weight using the same method that I did.
If so, then you might want to email me at verityy@yahoo.com and let me know:
- how much weight you want to lose

- will you be willing to change your diet
- what is your budget for losing this weight?
Good luck! ;)

I won't claim it's the healthiest way ... but one of the quickest ways if you can still true to it 100% is the classic Atkins ... no carb. Diet ... the weight just melts off ... and experts generally tend to agree that if you just do it for a short period of time and drink a lot of water and ESPECIALLY choose VERY lean cuts of meat and such ... that it isn't all that bad for you in the short term. The one time I did it and followed it religiously I lost about 20 pounds in 3 weeks. It's not healthy long term and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to someone ... but it does work fast.
