As an expired alcoholic I feel I've the right to shop anywhere I like for my products without penalty.

None really. Products with Best Before dates do not have any real penalty as they are no dangerous if after their BBD, which alcohol is one of. Places that sell products after their Use By Date are liable to prosecution.

There's no penalty at all. Spirits have no expiration...period.

Beers sometimes have a "best before" date and the distributor will actually visit all his retail sites and replace all that's past that date...this is primarily PR, though.

Obviously wines can further mature in the bottle while cellared, so it's foolish to try to put an expiration date...especially when it can't really be decided when one wine's peak may be.

you recognize what the answer to it really is, do not you? do not purchase horse products from them. Walmart tried this in our rural section. It did not very last lengthy b/c they were carrying crap. That, and everyone knew you couldchronic some miles contained in the country and get a custom made leather-depending halter from the valuable little Amishman for what you would possibly want to purchase their low cost-o nylon halters. an same difficulty has exceeded off with quite some "forte" products. If there's a fad, they are going to capitalize upon it. Quilting. Scrapbooking. regardless of. even as its warm, you'll see countless ft or an entire ailse committed to little might want to-haves for slightly more cost-effective than the scrapbook save or the cover save. difficulty is, because the trend fades, revenues drop, and a lot less an a lot less is accessible till they convey little if any of what you want. you may consistently bypass again to the forte save even as that occurs...IF this is nonetheless there. Lusi...yup. Horrid nylon halters with flimsy clips and snaps, undesirable nylon bridles with a gawdawful nasty searching reduce bit made up of a few secret metallic, probable infused with lead or another poisonous metallic from a third international u . s . a ....Combs and brushes, hoof possibilities. Sawdust horse feed. Yeah, it wasn't really. you recognize, being really conservative politically, one would not imagine i might want to placed a lot into the entire "sustainable" mantra that has been tossed round for the previous few years, yet i position self belief in what's wise, regardless of which "side" of the political spectrum claims an difficulty as its personal. Do you imagine the growing gas and capacity expenses and such will educate the mega-entrepreneurs at the on the spot are not, in reality, "sustainable" and we will see a go back to extra small, interior reach merchants? they are notorious for promoting particular forte products at a loss till they run the little guy out of organization, then returning the expenses of the products to a similar element of what they were on the forte save...because the margins decrease, this is on a a lot more effective scale for the large adult men... From a service attitude on my own, how valuable might want to that be!!!

There isn't one, as technically alcohol doesn't go off. But, supermarkets have to abide by the sell by date.

I think that would be up to the merchants that sell it, not the supermarkets. You can call the health department and find out though
