Primary stimulus:pectoralis major/minor.Triceps.Anterior deltoids as well as medial deltoids.All of the rest is secondary and not even worth mentioning.There is absolutely no biceps stimulus in a push up.

for triceps, back of your upper arm; and also good for chest
you can find that out by standing face to a wall, and try "push ups" against the wall with one hand and use the other hand to see which part of your body muscle is tightened

Push-ups, when done correctly, will primarily work your arm and chest muscles (pecs, biceps, triceps). Push-ups also work your deltoids (shoulder muscles), and as well as you neck muscles and abs to a lesser extent. Hope this helps.
