is there a section of government that see to these people,this is a global question,weather dead or alive?

We don't even take care of our own soldiers when they suffer post traumatic stress and many health problems, let alone worry about who we maimed.....why? because we, as a nation, don't care!! Sad state of affairs for our nation..........

Who are the "truly innocent" how do we know. People get the government they deserve be it a dictator or not. People willing to trade their lives for freedom and grovel to a dictator are not innocent. People that harbor and support terrorist are not innocent they have blood on their hands.
They should be thankful to be left alive and ask no more.
