I'm 18 years old, work on cars, have no gf, about to start college, am passionate about a romantic evening, love life, but a little shy when it comes to talking with girls. 1) would you go out on a date with a person like this? 2) how could I not be shy?

Sounds like my man he is sooooo shy but after flirting for 4 years he came around 9 years later 2 kids later its all good you need an agressive woman to make the first move and get the ball rolling when you get more comfortable its good to go. Shy is sexy your fine.

I would date a shy guy. Its cute to me. Just be yourself and find someone you find attractive and ask them out. Women love handy men especially if they have a car. I don't know if your a virgin and your basically saying that your trying to loose your virginity or if you just want that special someone.
