Eat fruits...it is a healthier alternative than candy to curbing a sweet tooth.

Why would you want to do that? What problem are you trying to solve?

For most problems you can solve by doing more exercise. This way not only you get to keep a sweet habit, you also get a lot of benefits from being more healthy.

I always reward myself with a big piece of chocolate after a sweaty yoga class.

You could continue enjoying the sweet foods you love, but have half the portion and follow with a piece of fruit or some gum. That works for me. Sometimes...

the only way i will provide up yearning goodies is to maintain my blood sugar decrease than a hundred and ten and to stick with severe fiber grains and fruit as quickly as I unquestionably have my daily carbs. If I devour sophisticated goodies and my blood sugar starts off to upward push, so do my cravings.

chew gum.

eat just ONE (i.e. not the whole box of cookies) eat it slowly. Before you go for another try and wait 5 minutes. You will crave it way less if you wait.

Best option:
throw it away before you get the urge to eat it.

i have had this problem!!!!!! what i found works is this ~~i get myself all excited about eating only healthy. instead of grabbing that chocolate bar i eat cereals low in fat or fat free that contain fruit! eventually your body will stop craving it! good luck 2 u!
