I have given it to Him. Isn't it peaceful, when you know your future is in His hands?

You gotta break this one down
If You create your own reality and time is just an illusion..(quantum physics)..then there is no future or past just the always present NOW !
The future is just a way for us to write out another line of our story and see how this pans out in our REALITY or others may call it the universe or in this case the physical universe....like scattering seeds with our thoughts the universe allows these thoughts to root and grow.
and the past is a recount of information or "experiences" that may or may not affect how we live in the NOW by clouding us with loads of information....or helpful guiding lessons
Therefore to say God (holds this power...to create the future) is to say that we ..(you and me) are God which is partially true when you speak of yourself as individualistic.....or seperate from the whole......but when you eventually realize that everything is connected then you realize that God is just a force or an energy that has the power to create....and experience the NOW......
