Clooney. He went to college (Northern Kentucky University) and if you have ever heard him in an interview, he knows what is going on in the world as well as in America. His knowledge is not just about poverty and AIDS.
And, Clooney is a US natural born citizen (born and raised in Kentucky) while Bono is an Irish man.

Bono would probably give alot of money to countries and according to John Stossel governments that give money to foreign countries actually increase the poverty of that country.
And as for George Clooney i don't really have alot of information to make an educated opinion.
