Around 3, as one glass is 8oz and your bottle has 3 glasses in it.
My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

A glass of water is 8 ounces. 8 glasses is 64 ounces. 64 divided by 16.9 is a little under 4 bottles a day.

a little less than 4 bottles. A glass of water = 8 oz. So you need 64 oz. of water a day. 64/16.9 = 3.79 bottles of water a day

Actually the current standards say 8 - 10 glasses a day ... and that is if you're basically just sitting there in one place. If you're going to exercise you should drink 1-2 additional glasses an hour before working out, 1 glass every half hour while working out (at least), and 1-2 glasses additional in the hour after working out.

About 4 bottles. Eight times the standard eight ounce serving is 64, and 4 of these bottles add up to 67.6 ounces.
By the way, the 64 ounce number is just a normal guideline. For some people with certain health problems it may be too much. and if you have a lot of sweating or vomiting and/or diarrhea, it may be far too little.

dietary standards say you should drink 8 8 ounce glasses of water a day, so about 4 bottles of water a day... in temps over 90 degrees, if you are working hard enough to sweat, the military says drink one US quart an hour....
