Why would He want to hook some poor little fishy? I sure hope He's not a "sportsman." But, I will try to answer your question: I think He wears a toga on formal occasions. Ask a Christian. They have inside knowledge about these things. They communicate with Him through brainwave activity, I guess.

G-d does not ice fish naked. G-d does not take any life. We regulate our surrounding to adjust to what G-d gives to us.

yes.....Spiritual clothes
Most everyone in Heaven wears clothes, when you arrive you'll notice your either wearing a robe of Righteousness or a gown
The temperature always comfortable, even when you see snow:)
We are made in his image, DO YOU THINK GOD is going to stand in front of us naked..... hmm well he never sin, so perhaps he can:)
