hi dear
i dont know how old is your daughter
Incase she is just a toddler
then u need to take care of few things
1. dont let her have access to things like candies etc around her
eating such things will kill her hunger and she wont take proper meals
2. wait- dont ask her or even mention anything about eating to her
in beginning u may have to wait for even whole day
3. make something she likes or something she doesnt make much fuss about - but something healthy-sit somewhere visible to her and eat that thing alone without offering to her and dont give her any looks-just ignore her-and continue it even if she comes to u and asks u about that thing- DONT OFFER TO HER OR ASK HER - in case she asks u to give her some-tell her that u can afford to give her only a little and thats something u have prepared for just urself
and give her some - only a little-dont offer her- give her only when she asks and otherwise just ignore and continue eating-she may just take a little but do it everytime u r eating - she will start slowly.
4, u may fail but have patience, u may have to keep ur child without eating for whole day or more
keep mum about eating-feed her only when she says she is hungry and let her know u r least bothered if she doesnt eat-not by saying it-but by acting-that is if she asks for something to eat and u offer her the thing-she may change her mind and say -no i dont want it - just say ok and keep it somewhere on the table and dont say anything else and get to some work
i am very much sure this will work for a toddler
(Children (infact all humans) want to have the thing that they cant or they dont have but others are having. It works with everybody)
all the best

How old is your daughter? Toddlers often don't want to eat much because they aren't growing as fast as they did as babies. Older kids may not want to eat for the same reason, or because they aren't feeling well, or because food has become a control issue. If your daughter is otherwise healthy, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't make a big deal about it, but make sure there are healthy fruits, veggies and other good things around for her. No kid ever voluntarily starved to death (unless they were anorexic).........she'll eat when she's hungry,

I work for a medical supply company and quite a few of our patients also won't eat so we provide supplements.
The most popular supplements include Resource Just For Kids Fruit juice boxes. Also, you may want to try chocolate milk made with whole milk and you could also try ensure or pedisure. She may prefer to have a drink rather than a meal.

Hi Heaven, Tell your daughter if she doesn't start eating,You will put her in the hospital, and have her hook-up to IVS' and she will be eating that way. That should scare her into eating. GOOD LUCK.

She will eat when she gets hungry. Don't try to force her to eat. Just make sure she's getting essential vitamins by giving her a supplement.

Relax. She'll eat when she get a little hungry and isn't rewarded by mom getting uptight about her not eating.
