his dog shits in my yard and I slip and fall in it?

My leg flew up, I did a half turn then landed on my tailbone. It wouldnt have been as bad but it was raining and I was trying to chase a cat up a tree.

I think there are very few places in the US where there are not leash laws and requirements for owners to always have their dogs under voice control if they are not leashed as required.
Report your neighbor to animal control and have the person investigated for being a scofflaw or maybe not providing the necessities for his dog.
If you have been seriously injured by this situation you can always call a lawyer. There are many who will listen to your problem without charge. If they think they can make money off a lawsuit they will be happy to represent you.

You could try, but it's pretty iffy that you'd win, especially since it could be argued that it was actually your fault for running on wet grass and not paying attention to where you were going. Catch his dog going in your yard and you can probably get him fined, but beyond that...

You can but it's going to be difficult proving it was the dog crap instead of the slickness of the grass/mud whichever is in your yard.

well if you want to dan test the dog and then the fecies. Were you hurt? I would just gather the poop put it in a bag, put it on his door step, light it on fire, ring the door bell and run. But thats just my opinion! Have fun!

no, because you would have to prove that it was his dog. you should set up a camera in the area that his dog goes potty and then when you have him on camera then you can take him to court, but first get the proof. good luck

knock your neighbors door of the hinges and crap on his floor. Slap him and his cat & give the dog a treat. He is probably hungry after all that crapping.

How about instead whenever you see dog crap in your yard you
just fling it back over at your neighbor's yard.
