well i don't know i like to scratch them but yeah i feel lazy and dirty...what if i hurt myself if i do it? I need a professional to do it for me of course a lady obviously but uhm ehh it's itching a lot man damn it....so yeah help!!!

you should try and soak them in a pot of boiling water it helped allot when my nipples wer itchy
