oranges, strawberries, kiwi, carrots etc.
Beta carotene and vitamin C are anti oxidants, but some other nutrients found in blueberries and tomatoes are effective as well.

Foods normally rich in anti oxidants are either vegetables or fruits. As mentioned in other answers already, blue berries are the king of antioxidants...followed closely by other berries. There are several common antioxidants like vitamin A, C, and E, the minerals selenium, lycopene, and polyphenols. Any foods rich in vitamins A C E will have antioxidant properties. Lycopene is particularly rich in watermelons and cooked tomatoes. Teas, especially Green is rich in polyphenols. As long as one has a health dose of vegetables and fruits, one will get their fair share of antioxidants, as well as bioflavonoids and other nutrients.

soy and their beans, vegetables, especially leafy green- and fruits-especially dark grapes (and their seeds, the ones WITH seeds in them) Grape seed extract, pine-bark extract are by FAR the HIGHEST anti-oxidant property holding values available on earth, much more than ACES.... vitamins A, C, E and selenium-GSE is cheaper tho-and has gallic esthers-which is also good., and soy(which has an amino acid called genistein-the ONLY thing on earth KNOWN to have this amino acid) is also anti-cancerous according to some studies. Green tea has poly-phenols and catchetins in it, and some anti-oxidant powers, but not decaffeinated, as it lowers the anti-oxidants effectivity.

Blueberries are really good, green tea and white tea are also really good. Any kind of red berries are good, as well.
Also you can take a pill called koQ10 that is really good and distroys the free radicals that attack the heart. :) I hope this helps!

Surprisingly, you are better off eating sauces instead of the actual tomato. Many kinds of fruits. Green tea. Many veggies.
