it could be alot of things... get a ct of your head and neck...maybe an mri if your doctor thinks it is necessary....but ask your doc...thats a question for an MD.

In the back of the head, it may be coming from your neck, a pinched nerve, but regardless, you need to see a doctor, especially if this is "constant", you may have problems with your inner ear canal also, go to the doctor.
