If you fed him dog food, eithe dry or canned, the worst thing that happens from overfeeding is that he'll get fat. It's when you feed them too much human food or "special diet" formulas (such as the ones for diabetic dogs) that problems can arise. Usually, though, the worst that can happen is they can get the runs or vomit.
DO NOT LET YOUR DOG EAT CHOCOLATE OR GRAPES OR RAISINS OR ONIONS! They foods are toxic to dogs. A big dog like yours might be able to eat these items without seeming to have ill effects but the effect is cumulative. If they eat the stuff again and again, eventually there will be consequences. With a little dog, lilke a Chihuahua, even a little chocolate can be fatal.

He'll be fine. He might have to use the bathroom a bit more, but there won't be any adverse consequences.
What happens to you when you eat too much? You just get really full and lazy and you have to use the bathroom. The same thing goes for dogs.

He'll get fat or sick. If he eats an excessive amount his stomach will rupture and he'll die. Usually dogs aren't the kind to overeat, they should stop when they're full. I let my dog have free choice when she eats, there's food in her bowl all day. (She's a boxer and thin as can be, so I know she doesn't overeat)

Don't worry, it's like you grabbing seconds at dinner one night. At worst he'll have a full tummy smooshing around when he lays down.

Usually only people stuff themselves. Animals know when to stop eating.
