They are NOT carbs (carburetors). But they DO produce gas . . . ha ha ha ha ha!

Yes, all vegetables are carbs, but some of the worst are the root vegetables. (Onion, Carrot, beet, etc.)

according to my doctor, anything that grows underground is considered a carb. he told me i couldnt eat anything that grew underground and i had to draw the line at onions and garlic.... those go in everything i eat!
