food coloring. For example, cheddar cheese is naturally white but is colored orange. Acidity chacnges change many color chemicals.

Cheese changes color when it ages. Also it depends on what
you put in your cheese when you make it, such as cheese
coloring or salt etc.

The only time i have seen pink cheese is when there has wine infused into it. I hope there isn't something wrong with your eyes or brain.............Flo

Cause it's got rennets on it and you'll get sick eating it! It does that when it goes bad - the rennets (ever present) just take over as it slimes up.
