Cheese changes color when it ages. Also it depends on what
you put in your cheese when you make it, such as cheese
coloring or salt etc.

The only time i have seen pink cheese is when there has wine infused into it. I hope there isn't something wrong with your eyes or brain.............Flo

Cause it's got rennets on it and you'll get sick eating it! It does that when it goes bad - the rennets (ever present) just take over as it slimes up.
