How do I change the language of the program on TV?

I heard something about SAP... there are programs on TV in English that I could watch in Spanish... how do I do that?
I have Sony TV and Dish... anyone can help me?

You first have to have a TV that has sap capabilities and secondly, the station must transmit the sap signal. Good luck! There arent many sap signals!
