even now nobody can force you to leave this country, you are already married, you already have your conditional permit (that will be final after 2 yrs of marriage), you have work permit.....do not get in trouble...even if you love your husband let him know that you will keep your baby and that if he is still interested you can give him the divorce after you get permanent resident (become american), he can not send you back because you desagree with him on that, but if you feel in danger contact a lawyer so he can tell you what to do for your situation.....good luck...

try to find out if there is any legal aid in your area
you might be able to find out stuff at your local library
like groups that can help you
if you want this baby and you abort it you are kill a bit of our soul along with it
sometime its better to have little things in this world and to have someone to love
It took the two of you to make this baby and now hes making you pay
sadly your husband is going to keep making you pay and pay
being indebted to him like this is no fun now and it doesn't get better with time

He can not do that . he can not send you back to your country only the immigration can but if he leaves you for that reason that you stated, it is not valid so you will not be deported back to your country. Do not let him scare you with deportation. If he divorces you, you will still not be deported because it was he who broke the marriage and not you.

i agree with alessandra, you should contact a lawyer, perhaps an immigration lawyer would be more helpful. since you are a student i would think there would be other ways to stay in the country besides your husband

You are going to have to be smart to see this one through. If your husband is beyond reason, then I am afraid the inevitable will have to happen for the greater good of what you say. However, once you have reached your qualifying period for staying, get your papers and divorce and sue the SOB for evrything that he has.
This is what happens when Nations do not give equal status to their female citizens. I suspect this SOB is used to treating women like they are commodities.
Best of luck.. I don't normally respond to questions like this but Jeeeez, this guy is vermin.

Consult a lawyer right away. You have your rights and should go to get legal advice on this. You have the right not to have an abortion cause it's also your child.
