If you have just started taking Geodon for the Bipolar Disorder and you still aren't feeling any better I would ask the doctor to change the medication to something else. I have had good results with Seroquel. I was also taking Lamictal and had diarrhea, sweats and dizzy spells I asked my Psychiatrist to take me off of the medication and he changed it to something else. It may not be the Geodon that is giving you the problem but the Lamictal.

he's bipolar. The anger is ordinary, fairly given he's not looking after himself in averting tirggers and preserving up along with his meds. If he substitute into responsible along with his therapy the bipolar does no longer be a difficulty on your dating. whether, being bipolar isn't an excuse to alter into bodily abusive. it isn't the meds that reason that, it relatively is the bipolar, the meds are what's controlling it. it relatively is why he's worse whilst he runs out, and ingesting is by no potential a sturdy theory whilst on any drugs, relatively for a psychological ailment.

you need to check with your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible as these are dangerous side effects of geodon!!! Your reaction is not to be taken lightly. I just read the possible side effects off my sons' prescription of geodon and it says if you have excessive sweating to contact your doctor immediately.

you should ask your doctor to put you on abilify (generic name-aripiprazole).. abilify is a mood stabilizer just like the geodon, but you wont have all of the side effects associated with the geodon.

Get back in touch with your doctor and tell him you can't tolerate the medicine and to give you something else.
