I was wanting to find a website to make new friends. All the ones I seem to find cost. Are there any that are free? Just curious. No stupid answers please. You can never have to many friends.

I don't know how old you are buy myspace.com seems to be the hip site to meet people - you can create a page that is unique to your personality and there is a large network of others on the site that you can meet. Hope this helps! :)

try joining Meetup.com. It's a free way to meet other people and take part in activies that you enjoy. check it out.. http://www.meetup.com/
You look for your interests, find a local group about it and meet with people who share your interest.
