I have trouble getting the top off of a regular metal cocktail shaker, especially if there's too much ice in the shaker. I recently pulled mine out of the kitchen cabinet, and it's permanently stuck together.

Did your try you nearest liquor store? They may be able to tell you or even a bar might gve you a few ideas or order you one. Let us know what you find out.
