Everyone hates the FBI, even other federal agencies.

Why? Because who do you see on TV claiming credit for every high profile crime ever solved? The FBI, whether they did the work or not.

no person has this one right, different than for the citicop. there is often friendly opposition, basically like with contributors of the defense force, yet there is mutual appreciate, and all of us understand we choose one yet another. The reall answer is that distinctive companies cope with categories of cases, and all of us have particularly strict jurisdictions. no person is provided in and "takes over" investigations, because of the fact all of us enforce distinctive regulations. particular crimes could violate the two state AND federal regulations, and if so, anybody gets a chunk.

THey don't hate each other. They just both want to be in charge. Conflict starts from there and grows

not as much but times are different and they share more now.

they probably do, but if they start something, they can get fined, arrested (i think), get suspended, get fired, and the list can go on forever
