Red wine in moderation can be good for your heart. Other types of wine as well. I'd say that the only healthy way to drink is wine is to just have a glass of it once in awhile with dinner.
Fruit drinks are not great because they've got a lot of sugar and a lot of extra calories in them.
Beer also has a lot of calories - but the "light" beers can be a better choice if you're into beer.

If you are planning on having one drink then your best bet is to go with a glass of Red Wine...some studies have shown that is has some helpful health advantages...
IF however you are going out and want to drink all night but don't want to pack on all the sugar, calories etc...Vodka and Soda Water

Either red wines such as a merlot, or dark beer such as Guinness. If you are drinking for health, be sure to keep your intake at 2 a day. No liquor!

red wine is bad for calories, but not bad in other areas. a gin and tonic is not bad, or gin and club soda. my fav drink i consider to be healthy is a sea breeze. vodkas not too bad, cranberry for the urinary track and other fruit juices.
