the hospital and got ..."we have destroyed all medical records if they are 7 years or older...sorry!" How can you get some records???It is the law i found out!!!???

Try calling an administrator at the hospital. Many times the "low men on the totem pole" couldn't care less, as long as they don't have to do anything for you. I don't believe for a minute that the records were destroyed.
At the hospital I go to, the listing is Medical Records Administration. Ask who the Administrator is, and ask to speak to that persons assistant. Go to the top.
