It depends on how prevasive and consistent the scrubbing. This means that a person who gets daily information from a diverse set of inputs would be less likely to get fully washed, because it is harder to cover all basis than for someone who only gets their information from one source. This is because a multi-input watcher has a greater possibility of receiving conflicting information than a single source watcher.
