Every human mind is capable of discerning information and is filled at birth by God with a code that is specific to that human being. Each person can read the Bible and read the same words in the Bible and will get from that reading the message that God intends for that person. Each person will have a different interpretation of the Bible. However, each person has the duty to discern for himself the reasonable intent of the Bible. What ever the intent that the person comes up with should be tested against what that person sees as the theme of the Bible. For me the test is "does my interpretation accept the fact that God loves humans and expects humans to love one another.
