read backwards sometimes, letters confuse me,
i read the time backwards
i mispell felt like left.
am i dyslexic?

Sometimes this is an indicator. Don't know how old you are, but sometimes when kids in school suffer with this, they are deemed less "bright" or whatever. I've known some very intelligent people who do this, so don't beat yourself up. It's NOT a sign that you are less intelligent.

I sometimes read numbers backwards, or get them twisted.

have you been checked for dyslexia and if so I believe there is treatment, that may help you to see thing more clearly.
