As a believer I fully understand that the closer to get to the Lord the more oppostion that you will have see Ephesians 6:10-18 and 11 Timothy 3:12.
But there are people I know personally that pardon my expression are going through one hell of a time with sikcness, hurts, family problems, finances problems, and I have to say I admire these people so much because though the firey trials the are still praising still serving still beliving in God and still put there hope in God.
My question is this ,what are some nice special things I can do for these people to bless and encourage them? How can I make a difference in these godly peoples lives?

It sounds like these people are spiritually secure, so what they need is some companionship. Always be there for them- financially, emotionally, and physically. But the most important thing you can do is pray that God will give them the strength to endure their trials.

Call them. Send them a note of encouragement in the mail so when they get home from a hectic day they have something to smile about. Invite them to a picnic lunch (even if it's on the living room floor - we do this one and it is just a bunch of fun). Be their friend. Check in on them and see if they need help. Offer your help to mow the lawn, cook dinner, watch the kids so they can go for a quiet walk or a movie, pray for them, pray with them. Get a group together to help them finish some projects that they don't have time to get to. Help with the laundry (if they don't mind). It's what you do as an example that will continue to give them encouragement.

One person with a shovel can do more good than a million people praying. Pushing your religion on someone who's hurting really is not appropriate. It's much better to just find a way to help them.

Be their sister in Christ, pray with them and for them. God will not give a person anymore that they can handle, look what happened to Job. I know a person that is a Christian and he has all sort of things going bad in his life, but when you ask him how he is coping with it all is says is "God is good." He believes in God and he just keeps praying and moving forward. I thought of this person when I read your question and just wanted to share.

The best I can suggest is that you help them with their NEEDS as much as you can. If what you can do is not enough, find others who can help and point out what is needed.

If they can't god is the last thing they need. Pay their way through school so they can make their own breaks.
