Ok, I have been asking this question a lot, but things have been occuring everyday. There is this attractive girl in one of my classes. I walked past her in the room and I heard someone call my name. It was this kid and he pointed to this girl. She smiled at me and said hi. The next day she kept smiling at me and then I heard my name again. This time the girl called me and said quietly, "Do you want to go out out with me?" I did not say yes or no, because I wasn't sure if she was joking or not. The next day I told some of my friends and one kid said she asked someone else out and he says she did not mean it, although I don't know if this is true. Today, I was walking up a staircase with a buch of people around and that girl said hi to me again. She was with a two of her friends and they were not smirking or anything. I did not see anybody laugh when she asked me out and she is not going out with anybody right now. I am not ugly or stupid or a geek or anything.

I saw this girl looking at me a lot from the corner of my eye and whenever I look over, she quickly turns away.

Go with it. When she says Hi, say Hi back. Then talk to her like she's a human being, and see where the conversation goes.

OK now you both know who each other are and have been playing your little games, If you're interested in this girl as you say you are, for goodness sake find out her name and get her phone number! Then call her where you can talk to her without all the "stupid" distractions! You keep waiting and playing your little games and somebody else is going to step right in and the next thing you know "she" has a "boyfriend"! Just don't announce it to the "world" when you try to get her phone number , surprize her! And under "no" circumstances say "anything" to her girl friends! Or your "guy" friends matter of fact! well obviously the girl DOES like you. in what occured in that class earlier was obvious that someone knew you liked her and told her the secret. she found out and actually enjoyed knowing that. it surprises me that she easily asked you out. when a girl really relaly likes a guy, she doesnt just ask so easily and neither does she do it twice. wierd that she did that. and its also wierd that she asked someone else out and got rejected. that a knock down for the girl, i figure thats why she is probably asking you again so she wouldnt look bad.
if your a sweet guy, go for it, but be careful that she takes advantage of it and at the last minute flakes you on the first date making you look like a freak, play it smooth and be sure that she REALLY wants to go out, she isnt playing games wiht you.

Gets your attention, doesn't it? When a girl looks at you, maybe smiles, then looks away? She's interested. You were right to not respond to her question about going out with her. It is your place, not hers, to initiate that question. Maybe I'm just a wee bit old-fashioned. And maybe she's playing games with lots of guys. Who knows? Do what you think is right, and ignore what your friends say and everybody else, for that matter. You know what to do. It comes naturally.

Sounds like the girl likes you but is a little shy. That's why she looks away when you look at her. If you're interested, ask her out. What do you have to lose?

Don't be afraid to approach this girl, and make sure you are alone with her. Tell her how you feel and let her know that you are serious. I am sure she will talk to you and let you know how she really feels about you. It doesn't sound like she is playing games with you so I am pretty sure that you will be happy with the results. just ask her out!!!! Believe me, if her asking you out was a joke then forget her. People won't be taking her seriously anyway. But if she says yes then it was all worth it.
