Mmmmmmm!!!!! meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans!

YEA! Meat put it all in there, a little rice and some eggs to hold it all together. bake @ 350 till bout 1/2 way done and dump a bottle of red gold on it, finish baking and enjoy.

I do, actually, as long as I make it. It seems no one but me knows how to make meat loaf properly . . . why do you suppose that is?
Seriously, though, it's a term that covers a huge variety of styles, and I like the way my mother taught me to make it, which is easy and awfully good. And no, I'll not burden you with the recipe, but just enjoy your own favorite.
