If God is omniscient, why did He flood the world? Didn't he already know that the people were going to be bad? Why would he create a world just to destroy it? If He's perfect, why make a world just to destroy it for its imperfections? And plus, if God knows everything, why does he punish people? Doesn't he already know you're going to sin before you even know it? And if God's love is unconditional, why must you be a Christian to get to Heaven. Isn't that conditional love? I believe in God, and I'm a Christian...but I have lots of questions people never can answer...I think we should ask ourselves questions...if God didn't want us to ask questions, he would've made us perfect......

Who said he was omniscient?
The flood was to destroy the the giants!
The deeper reason was to preserve the children of Adam - Noah.
Then one has free will, God does not know what choice you will make, only after you have made it does he know where your headed!
God is a God of the Law, and can only Judge by the Law, sin against the law is death!
You ether has the sins removed by blood or live in the Law!
If you accept Christ then his blood will remove you sin, you don't, deal with the law!

You can ask any question you want, there is nothing wrong with that.
But are you ready for the answers?

God knows when we are going to sin. But, He flooded the world to get rid of every 'unclean' thing on it. ALl the animals in the Ark, were 'clean'. God didn't create the world to destroy it. It says in Genesis 9:21 "..... never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done." God punishes us a sign of His love for us.. Hebrews 12: 5: "... My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose haert when He rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He punishes eveeryone He accepts as a son. You must be a Christian to enter the gates of Heaven because God only accepts those who are His children. Would you go live with a random family if you weren't their child(ren)?I understand you have questions, but if you really are a Christian, you shouldn't question God's authority/actions.

God did not create us to destroy us. He created us for fellowship with Him. He was grieved at the sin and violence in the world, and that is why He destroyed it with the flood. He was grieved that He had even created us. Read Genesis 6.

When He created the world, He created it perfect. He created us in His image. He didn't destroy the world just because of some minor imperfections. He destroyed it because it was so full of great evil and violence. Yes, he knows when we are going to sin.
And when we do, we still need to be chastised so that we will learn our lesson and not repeat our mistakes. Most of the time, I know when my kids are going to make wrong choices. Even though I know they are going to do it, I still have to sit back and let them make mistakes. And when they do, they have to be disciplined for it. This is how they learn right from wrong. It is the same with God.

God's love is not only unconditional, but it is also just. And because it is just, we do have to accept Jesus payment for our sins on the cross to enter heaven. That is not conditional love, it is "just" love.

I hope that this has helped answer your questions.

What type of Christian r u? How can u call yourself one, if you don't even believe in His word? If you don't believe what his Word says, then you surely won't understand this: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God"--John 1:1. Continue reading John chapter 1-3 and that should answer your questions! Oh, by the way. Exodus 20:3 tells us that " Thou shalt have no other gods before me". He is a selfish GOD, however HE is just!! He also gave us free will. that's why YOU have the choice to believe what you believe, and still call yourself a christian!!

God created us with our own will to do good or bad. Do you want to begin with Satan n his angels, why did he create Satan, and the other angels when he knew that he'd want to take over his place one day? I used to ask myself these ?s too, but when I began my first ? with Satan, I see that it's God's way of doing things.
I may not answer ur ? or can't answer ur ?, but I can give u some clues that might make you feel much better.
We ask ourselves these ?s to know that if God really is omniscient, Right? Or Is God trying to hide something from us? Didn't God make a mistake, and don't want us to call it "mistake"? If God made us, and has complete control of us, Instead of letting us prove that he's a liar or trying to hide something, wouldn't he just make us not to ask these ?s at all? The answer is "YES". And it's because he gives us free will, and that why he let us being able to think, and ask this ?. Would you know if he turned ur mind around make u forget to ask these ?s? No, and that's the difference between him and satan. Satan can make someone say what he shouldn't say, but God respects ur will.
You may e-mail me if u want.

Yeah i can handle your question....why be so greedy? He already has given us Jesus Christ...what more could you ask for? The sins of mankind are what has made the world the way it is today. I know that if God wanted to, things could change in an instant, but why should it be that easy for us? Jesus Christ also died on a cross for me and you...He raised Lazarus from the dead, right? Well, He could have easily stopped the whole crucifixion at any time, but He chose not to. And because of that, I love Him and I live my life for Him. I do not question the manner in which God chooses to do things. I'm sure He could make things a lot worse if He wanted to. We don't deserve to have it so easy...

Once God created His plan and put it into action; nothing stops it or changes it until it has run its course.

God did not create the earth to destroy it. He created it for man to live on and enjoy the 'fruits' of having plants and animal/fish to live off of. He created our bodies so we can "manage" (like we have eyebrows so sweat doesn't run into our eyes).

MAN and our FREE WILL are what are destroying the earth and ourselves. People as individuals must be responsible for their own actions, words and will be held accountable one day before God; judgement.

God knew we had no chance to make it on our own; He knew this because He knew Adam would "fall". Only accepting Jesus is the way to God; through His son.

Go to www.bible.com and start at Genesis 1:1 and choose The Message or Amplified type bible and read. These are considered easy reader and can help you grow.

Good luck

I can guess the answers:
1) The flood was sent because humans did not follow their contract with God and he promised to punish if they violated the contract. He knew, he threatened, he knew what would happen and it happened.
2) He doesn't punish so much as punishment, he guides.
3) Christians must be Christians to go to heaven. Other people may have other rules that God gives them. Take it to God in prayer.
I believe I can answer any of your questions, at least to my satisfaction.

God is not an energy form, nor a person.

Creation occurs when quarks (energy bits)
explode and interface with invisible forces
that we know as Laws Of Physics.

The universal design comes from a law
we know as Resistance.

God is the gift of life. He writes the genetic
code from the point of The Big Bang,
up until the point that life evolves from
water,

After which, species write their own genetic
code.

Bear in mind, we are a constant. It's the
time and space that comes and goes.

This is a natural world...natural things happen...flood, earthquakes, rain, snow...etc...

God gave us free will. It's our decision whether we follow Him or follow the path to Hell.

God is like a parent. Why do your parents punish you? So you will learn. Learn to make better decisions.

God sent Jesus to save us. That's why you must be a Christian (Christian = follower of Christ). John 14:6:Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

I didn't make the rules, I'm just following them.

No, it's not conditional love...God loves us even when we are still sinners. That's why He sent His only Son.

When we accept Jesus...then we become a new creature in Christ.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.

Grace to all and God Bless!
