The Constitution is nothing but an obstacle to Law Enforcement.
It does nothing but give criminals rights to get away with crime. We need to get rid of it.
As a professional Law Enforcement Officer for 20 years we do everything within our power to overcome this constitutional barrier.
If it means lying about probable cause to get around the 4th amendment so be it.
If it means torturing suspects to get a confession we will do whatever is necessary to make the case.
Luckily most of my fellow officers feel the same way. We will do whatever is necessary in order to put the criminals behind bars and throw away the key.
Luckily the Judges have had a heavy hand on these scumbags that we send up the river.
Pretty soon we'll have all of you criminals behind bars where you belong.
So if you're thinking about breaking the law you'd better think twice and know that even the constitution can't save you anymore.
We're taking over the United States.

Whether you like it or not, me and my fellow officers are taking back this country.
The constitution no longer exists. It is nothing but a piece of paper.
When it comes to you citizens vs. we distinguished officers of the law who do you think the Judge is going to believe.
Our word is law. Whatever we say is gold. The constitution no longer exists.
We can and do search anyone that we please and we don't need bulls.h.i.t. .like probable cause to do it.
We are the police and we can and will do whatever we please and there is nothing that you guys can do about it.
We are the Power. We rule the world and you civilians had better assume your place as the little people.
Don't even thinking about committing any violations or you will be where you belong.
Welcome to Our World.

If you have an actual argument against the war on terror, how about just presenting that argument?
I would argue that 1) our enemies are becoming very sophisticated in understanding the constitution and case law on civil rights, 2) they are using the legal system and their knowledge of the legal system against us in order to improve their ability to cause us harm.
The difference between that and a criminal is that a typical criminal breaks the law for the purpose of self gain, or at worst uses the law to protect himself while breaking the law for self gain. The law is not used as a tool to destroy the culture necessary to support that law.
And since apparently it is not obvious, humiliating people and making people uncomfortable is not torture; only the citizens of a very comfortable and protective society are sufficiently insulated and spoiled to believe that such things constitute torture.

If the justice system worked correctly you and alot of other people would not feel this way. It must be so frustrating to do your job and see an offender get away. I always think the law should be set in minimum penalty's eg. 1 year for theft, 2 years for armed robbery (not the real terms) so that a criminal would think about the least sentence he would have to do. And that the sentence should be fully served.

this is a joke question right? if it isn't, it could be called wreckless endangerment under the law. you should be hunted down because you have committed a crime, maybe. oh no, i'm afraid that we can't do that. you have rights under the constitution.or does i t count if you feel the constitution a worthless unnecessary document. if i were you i would wrap myself in the constitution, and sign up for charm school. i have just wasted 10 minutes of my life to answer you .it was worth it.

To abolish the Constitution is to invite anarchy. For a police officer to have such a view , I'll suggest that you should resign from your police job and head for Hollywood, there your dream will be realized in a celluloid world.Remember to take your friends with similar view along with you.

You should have your gun and badge taken away. Then you should be put in Gitmo where you dont have any constitutional rights. But then you would be a menace to the rest of the prisoners. Here ya go; put you with Saddam. You both can be tried at the same time for being brutal, murderous dictaters.Like Bush, now that I think of it
