Wow, that took me on a long journey backward...........
It seems pretty close to a good "judge".... some of the best kissers in my life were really really good lovers, and same for the bad kissers...........they weren't really very good in bed....
But there are exceptions to every rule ---

absolutely..All the good kissers were good lovers, all the great kissers were great lovers...the one time I allowed a bad kisser in, was when it was really bad sex.
