I am Catholic and I find that whynotaskdon (the real one) is my most disliked answerer, for a few reasons:
1. He is utterly convinced that the religion of his youth is a lie. He now sincerely believes that he knows better, not only than his ancestors, not only than the one-billion-and-change Catholics currently living, but in fact better than all Catholics throughout the past 2,000 years. How fortuitous that he has chosen to disseminate his revelations in such an accessible way!
2. This man's overweening confidence in the infallibility of his private revelation draws him to every Catholic-oriented question like a fly to carrion.
3. His answers contain the minimum of effort, never address the specific issue at hand, and serve no purpose other than to publicize himself. They are the equivalent of "your question is useless! READ MY WEBSITE INSTEAD!" They answer nothing. They are not answers.
None of this should be construed as an attack on Don's character or his soul - as a practicing Catholic, I believe he is seriously, but sincerely, mistaken in his beliefs. However, his conduct in Yahoo Answers is unproductive and aggravating.

I do not pay attention to the identities of answerers in this forum -- I generally only address the question at issue. For that reason, I don't have either a favorite or un-favorite answerer. There is only one person whose responses stick in my mind -- a chap who goes by the handle of oldman. He's an idiot.

WhynotaskDon bugs me but recently Carl has been working my nerves with his ignorant questions and answers.
