okay there is this guy , we sit together on the bus, and sometimes at lunch talk all the time in the halls on the phone everywhere, he called me a couple of days ago and really wanted me to go to his football game so, I did of coarse, he puts his arm around me do u think he likes me as moe than a friend cuz I dont want to hurt the friendship but I mega like him we also share icecream and drinks( no biggy though) we are 15

From my expirience, say friends for now and get to know him lots. It would suck BALLS if you go out and have the chance of ruining your friendship.

Yeah he likes you more than a friend, but he's a football player so you might be nothing more than eye candy for his friends benefit. In that case he's probably praying for more than just a friend benefits. In this case he probably wants the friends with benefits package, but doesn't want to commit to boyfriend girlfriend status in case he has a chance to fool around with some other girl.
There's a chance that he's a nice guy and sincerely likes you. He might be unsure how you feel. Why don't you just talk about it (while you're eating ice cream together, not over the phone).
