We would treat him awful, a lot of people here on earth take advantage of nice people. Look at "nice" guys girls take advantage of them all of the time, kind of the same concept. He would help people out all of the time and forgive them unlimited amount of times and people would get used to that and treat him worse and worse. I don't think this is a good place for God, this place is full of anger, lies, murder, and stealing. Unfortunately, I don't think he would like it down here. That's my opinion.

God 's presence among us won't make any more impact. That's the human nature of a lot of people. Untrusting and unkind and prejudiced. Now take the time that the Son of God, the Word of God was in Israel. He wasn't in disguise, mind you. He preached, taught, lived among the Jews. He performed countless miracles, e;g; turning water into wine. He let manna or bread rain down from heaven. He multiplied the fish and bread to feed all the worshippers. He rose the dead such as Lazarus. He cured the sick. He himself rose from the dead, after He died on the cross for our sins.

Still the people there didn't believe Him or accept him. They condemned an innocent man to death. They chose Barrabas, who was a thief versus Jesus to be crucified. He was betrayed by his own disciple, Judas. And this disbelief is handed down thru the generations because the Jews then and nowadays, still refused to acknowledge Jesus as the True Prophet.

They still refuse to embrace christianity, when in fact , Jesus proved to them many times over that He was and is as He claimed. Do you think even for one iota, now if God is amongst our midst in disquise; would the modern materialistic people treat him any differently? Would they accept and honor and respect and love Him as God? These same people who can not even love or be kind to their neighbor regardless of color.

Remember what God said," whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, you do it to me." No, I doubt it, if they would repent and change their ways. If that's the case, more and more people would be converted to christianity. And the world won't be in turmoil as it is now. And what ever happen to those few Jews who believed. Where are they now ?

It would depend on what He was disguised as. A cute puppy, an alligator, Mickey Mouse, a derelict, etc.... Also it depends on who he came in contact with. Come on, there are some really great people out there. Even some of the not so great people have their moments.

God is out there among the poorest of the poor and the oppressed. He is among the sick and the starving as well as the homeless every hour on the hour 24/7.
Have you offered any kind of help yet?
Christ said "whatever you have done to these the least of my brethren, you have done unto me."

that is what the did almost 2000 year ago and was rejected.

Luke 9:22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

and keep in mind GOD is omniscient (all-knowing) and omnipresent (everywhere at once)

He is always present in our souls.
If we learn to realize this fact and treat Him with absolute reverence, then we may have a better treatment to our
fellowmen on earth.

i imagine he'd be slammed on yahoo! answers judging from both the pro and anti christian sentiments in here.

but that's an open forum, and it's a good thing. (not that god would be slammed, but that people get to express their opinions.)

I seem to recall from my few bible lessons that there is a little bit of God in all of us...that we were made in his image.

He did that 2,000 years ago, and see how He was treated then.
