Lordy........(rolling eyes)..........have you tried talking to her about it?
How long have you been going out, if it's a short time perhaps you are being presumptuous. Maybe your idea of when to have sex and hers are two entirely different things! Remember a relationship has TWO people in it (hopefully) so stop being selfish and thinking of your needs and talk to her and see how you can fulfill HER needs.
I probably should have started this by asking if you're ugly. That might be your sign right there.

Have sex for the first time or have sex on a more regular basis? Either way, the wine and dine thing doesn't have anything to do with her 'putting out'. Atleast, it shouldn't if she's a respectable girl. If you two have never had sex then just let her come to you when she's ready. I'm guessing you mean 'have sex more often' though so in that case the best you can do is be honest with her. Now, this can be a sensitive subject so do not wait until she turns you down to talk to her about this. Talk to her about it in a calm moment when neither of you are doing much of anything. Say that you really wish you two were more intimate more often. Say you miss 'it'. Say you miss 'her'. See where the conversation goes from there.

Well it can be all sorts of things.
She either is not comfortable with her body:she may think shes fat or has an odor down there.
Shes cheating or doesnt find you sexually attractive (which i doubt) How long has she been with you? Sometimes women just dont find their partners sexually attractive in that kind of way..its like a brotherly thing.
She just simply does not like the act of sex. Ask her what turns her on and do it.
Mabie something is bothering her. You need to sit and talk to her. if it still goes on and you tried your best, its time to move on or this is how it will always be. My cousins ex fiancee for 3 years only had sex with him like 5 times cause she didnt like sex. Now he met another girl hes been with for over a year and shes hotter and much more willing!

Sorry man. She doesn't want you.
Women always say things like "give it time..." and "it'll happen..."
But truthfully, so many times I've seen it where nice guys take a girl out to dinner and "woo" them slowly, and then some player steps in and she jumps in the sack with him the same night. Then she says "oh, I'm so sorry but we had such chemistry..."
Take my advice. Please. Avoid the pain. You're not the one.
If I'm wrong, and she loves you, she won't let you leave without trying to stop you.

just because you wine and dine her and buy her things doesn't mean shes ready to have sex yet ..it seems to me that your trying to buy her love ..well buying the world doesn't get you sex.some people would rather love and have the time to get to know you rather than to give up something their not so sure of give her time if the time is right ..she,ll know not you .its her decision

Has she told you if there's any reasons why she doesn't want to have sex? Sit down with her and have a discussion and find out what her logic is-- don't attack her or be pushy. There may be things that you don't know about her yet that have fueled this decision.

Are you only after the booty?? There's more to it then wining and dining. Prehaps she's not ready to be sexual with you. Maybe she wants to wait awhile. Don't pressure her because that makes it even more stressful for her. Blessings come with paitence so please wait for the right time to come, for both of you.

You're making a very common mistake, you might not directly realize it, but you're trying to buy sex. If she doesn't want to have sex, fancy dinners won't help, save your money for something else

give her her space. what is there to do. if you are only wining and dining her for sex, YOU are the one with the problem. maybe she is not ready. try talking to her about it in a polite gentle way. how far have you gotten with her so far? just talk to her about it.
