first of all a true spirit filled individual would not call a non beleiver foolish, not to scold you but please save that comment on such an important question you asked, second, look at all the miricles he performed live to thousands when he was here not only jesus but when god worked thru moses. people saw but still hung Jesus on the cross and soon as Moses turned his back built that golden statue. could we or would we have done any differant? or would we have been foolish to?

I really don't think concentrating on a fantasy such as this is productive in any way. How old are you? 8? Should the Son of God grace us with an appearance, He'll more than likely come as He said, " like a thief in the night". If you're worried about Him sneaking up on you while you are up to no good, then I would suggest to live your life like He was just around the corner and could walk up on you at any time, in disguise, when you would least expect it. What I mean is, make your existence a prayer and He will let you know when He's there. And quit worrying about what other people do.

I appreciate your question but how can you say that he was seen by Thomas? The people that wrote the books in the NT did not witness any of that first hand. They wrote what they had been told by other people years after the events took place. Even the Christians know that the NT was not written during the lifetime of Jesus. Why would you want me or anyone else to believe that someone saw him when they didn't?
How can you write such a question? It sounds like your question is based solely on Faith in your religion and not on facts.

I would contemplate believing Jesus...if it were not for the fact that he is dead. Big deal if a BOOK says he appeared to 500 people, I was not one of those people and I do not take words in a book to be proof of anything.
You can't even prove Jesus uttered a single word in his whole life...all you have is a book that SAYS he spoke, a book that SAYS he died, a book that SAYS Jesus came back to life.
There are other books which SAY many things...why don't you believe what the Koran SAYS? The Koran is just like the Bible...just words in a book, not proof of anything.
I will believe Jesus' words when he is standing before me just as he supposedly stood before Thomas...why should I settle for words on paper when that was not even good enough for Thomas???

Why does Jesus favor Thomas over me? He visits Thomas and shows him. Jesus must play favorites.

I would be more likely to believe Jesus never died, rather then he came back from the dead.

my only problem with this is it raises to many people and they start putting other people down about how their religion is not true etc...

you had me and lost me. couldn't follow your train of though from beginning to end. don't preach to the choir, if you want to find real converts, you have to reach to them, not call them stupid from on top of your house. you'd be foolish too!
