Pyometra is an abcess in the uterus and quite serious. Surgery is the only course of treatment, in which case the uterus and ovaries are removed.
Consider making an appointment for your dog immediately, don't waste time because this condition can kill your dog.

I'm going to guess you mean to say "Pyometra"?

It's a VERY severe condition in which the uterus becomes infected...often times filling it with pus and causing an infection that spreads to other vital organs. The uterus can also rupture, causing endotoxic shock which WILL kill your dog. Either way it is life-threatening if not treated promptly!

Take your dog to the vet ASAP! Immediate surgery will be required to 'cure' her---her reproductive organs will be removed in order to save her life. Essentially, she'll be spayed...but because you didn't do so BEFORE, it will be much more expensive and more risky.

Get your dog to a vet NOW or she may end up dying.

not sure whaty pymertis is. Are you talking about a pyometra? An infection in the uterus? The only way to "cure " that is to have her spayed. It would have been best to spay her before she had heat cycle. this is a very serious infection and can kill the dog.

Pyometra?

Spaying her is "the cure". It's that or death.
